Hey Guys,
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by and check out my new website and blog. It is only fitting that my first post be an introduction. My name is Sophia and I am 38. Wow-I know...sharing age isn’t easy. I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children ages 7 & 4. I went to university to become a teacher and I was working as a Kindergarten teacher for almost 10 years. I am now working casually with a new school district as I am raising my kids and I love the balance.
Since my daughter was born in 2014 I have been making her Birthday cakes as well as baking cakes and cupcakes for friends and family. I loved doing this as a hobby and last year stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to start a little Instagram account where I could promote my hobby and create a little side business. Creating cakes and cupcakes over the past year for clients has been so amazing. I have made many new friends through this online community and have been able to express myself creatively. The IG page has evolved and it has become a lifestyle page. I now share outfits of the day, DIYs, home decor, mom hacks, travel fun and much more! For those that know me, they know my passion is fashion and I admit I am somewhat of a shopaholic.
I am so excited for this next chapter of blogging and sharing more with you all! I hope you all follow along on this new journey of mine! I am already so blessed to have the support of so many and look forward to the growth! It’s so much fun interacting with you all so please feel free to reach out any time.
